Townhome to Forever Home
Livingston, NJ
This Livingston, NJ project began when longtime clients moved from a townhome into a larger, new-construction forever home. With years of collaboration already in place, they brought a collection of furniture they loved, and our goal was to help it transition seamlessly into a new scale and layout.
We created a cohesive furnishing plan that blended existing pieces with new furnishings, rugs, and lighting, then guided paint selections and window treatments throughout the home as the design evolved room by room.
The project later expanded outdoors with the addition of a pool and patio. We designed family-friendly areas for lounging, dining, and play, and converted an underused interior space into a spa-like pool bathroom with direct patio access—creating spaces that became especially meaningful for entertaining and everyday living.
This home continues to evolve over time, with thoughtful updates completed as needs arise.
